Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery of a new enterprise application with a focus on documentation, manual testing, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, pharma domain expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally on security-focused initiatives. Must-Have: 8+ years of BA/BSA experience Strong communication and documentation skills Experience working on application delivery projects Manual application testing experience (not a tester role) Familiarity with tools: JIRA, SharePoint Ability to work core CST hours (9 AM–5 PM) Responsibilities: Support the implementation of a new enterprise application Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders Conduct manual testing and assist in test strategy planning Maintain documentation and track progress using JIRA and SharePoint Work with cross-functional teams including security and IT Support data flow mapping and asset lifecycle activities Seniority level
