We're seeking a seasoned
Senior Next.js Developer
to lead the development of a high-performance, multi-page website built with
React, Next.js (App Router), Tailwind CSS , and
Framer Motion . This role requires someone with deep front-end experience, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for building smooth, immersive digital experiences.
You'll take the reins on architecture, component structure, animation flow, and code quality-while mentoring a junior developer and partnering with a designer. This is a fast-paced, structured JSON-driven build (no CMS), and you'll need to balance speed with polish.
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
Architect and build a modern website using Next.js App Router Create immersive scroll-based animations with Framer Motion Implement modular, reusable, and semantic React components Optimize for SEO and performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals) Integrate structured JSON content (no CMS) Lead and mentor the junior developer, manage code reviews Communicate clearly with designers and stakeholders under tight timelines Tech Stack
React Next.js (App Router) Tailwind CSS Framer Motion JSON (for content) Git/version control Bonus Skills
Accessibility best practices (keyboard nav, semantic markup) SEO fundamentals (structured data, meta tags) Familiarity with headless content or JSON-driven sites YOUR CREDENTIALS
