Senior Systems Administrator

Northpointe Bank ! In this role, you'll lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives while maintaining system security, reliability, and scalability in a regulated financial environment. What You’ll Do Manage server environments (Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V) Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services Lead system upgrades, deployments, and migrations Implement and monitor IT security controls Mentor junior administrators and provide advanced troubleshooting Support DR and business continuity processes What You Bring 5+ years of enterprise systems administration experience Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications preferred Expertise in Windows Server, AD, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualization Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with scripting and systems monitoring tools Availability for occasional after-hours maintenance and support Why Northpointe?
