This role drives impactful improvements across the supply chain by applying engineering discipline to labor standards, capacity modeling, and workflow optimization. You will collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, contributing to continuous improvement across multiple locations. What You'll Do: Provide engineering oversight to support the modernization of systems, integration of automation, and throughput improvements across a complex supply chain network Lead a team focused on warehouse optimization, labor engineering, and strategic capacity planning Own and execute continuous improvement roadmaps, delivering measurable gains in KPIs such as throughput, accuracy, service levels, and safety performance Drive cross-functional projects in collaboration with Operations, Safety, IT, and Supply Chain Strategy teams to implement scalable, high-impact solutions Standardize labor engineering practices across centralized and regional facilities to ensure operational consistency and discipline Oversee major initiatives to redesign workflows, facility layouts, labor standards, and system integrations with a focus on safety and scalability Develop and implement strategies for capacity planning, workflow efficiency, and space utilization to support sustainable growth and reduce costs Mentor and coach peers and operations teams in engineering best practices and operational excellence methodologies Develop and embed KPIs and performance metrics at the floor level to support labor efficiency, quality, and priority-based decision-making Champion Lean and Six Sigma practices across operational workflows to drive standardization and continuous improvement Travel up to 35% may be required All You'll Need for Success: Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field. 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations research, or a related field. Proven experience in labor standards development, capacity modeling, workflow optimization, and space utilization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and metrics development. Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field. 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations research, or a related field. Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Certification in industrial engineering, such as a Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE) or a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Skills, Licenses & Certifications: Strong proficiency in data analysis and metrics development, with experience in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Advanced skills in data analytics (SQL, Python, Power BI), simulation, and CAD layout tools. Knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Certification in industrial engineering, such as a Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE) or a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
