Requirements
To participate in the UpLift clinical network, all providers are required to possess one of the following credentials:
Psychologist (PhD, PsyD) Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LCSW-C, LISW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT, LCMFT) Licensed Counselors (LPC, LMHC, LCPC)
Additionally, You Must Have:
An individual NPI number Reliable internet connection (for any remote sessions)
