Sales Consultants generate leads to welcome potential buyers to the community. We partner with home buyers throughout the process from hello, to showcasing our home models and all that our community has to offer, through the contract process through day of closing. Experience, Skills, Knowledge

• Active SC real estate license
• Minimum 1 year of New Home Sales experience required
• Minimum High School or GED required
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Valid auto insurance coverage
• Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations
