MSP Senior Engineer
with a solid foundation in
Windows systems and Networking . This is a
hybrid remote, full time

Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years in IT, preferably within an MSP environment • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) • Advanced experience with networking (firewalls, VLANs, routing/switching, VPNs) • Office 365 and Azure AD administration • Strong troubleshooting and escalation experience • Proven background in client-facing technical support and project work
Desired Skills & Experience • Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.) • Experience with VMware or Hyper-V • Familiarity with RMM tools and PSA platforms • Network certifications (CCNA, Network+) a plus • Strong documentation and ticketing practices
What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown • 50% Windows Server, Office 365, Azure • 40% Networking - Firewalls, Switches, VPNs • 10% Other tools and integrations (RMM, scripting)
Daily Responsibilities • 70% Hands On • 20% Management Duties (mentoring, escalations) • 10% Team Collaboration
