The Clinical Coordinator functions under the supervision of the Director of Physician Practice Operations or Practice Administrator. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the direct supervision of Licensed Practical Nursing and Medical Assistant staff in providing patient care services and clinical support. Qualifications
Job Requirements: Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA or equivalent) or NJ LPN License; Must hold current or obtain within three (3) months of hire 1-3 years of experience in ambulatory setting (emergency room, clinic or health center) Preferred Job Requirements: Associates, High School Diploma, or GED equivalent preferred CPR Certification preferred Bilingual English/Spanish or other language Previous supervisory experience in an acute/outpatient setting
