Skaalen provides a full continuum of care including; independent living condos, assisted living, rehab, and long term care. We are committed to provide housing and services to older adults and persons in need.
*Hours:* Full-time and part-time 2nd & NOC shifts available.
*Requirements: *Active LPN license, good standing on Wisconsin Registry, and the ability to pass a background and drug test.
*Pay:* $27.56-$30.74/hr.

* Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR). * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while delivering compassionate care to patients. * Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patients in long-term care and assisted living settings.
