A respected healthcare organization in Southern California is seeking a Lab Manager to oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic clinical setting. About the Role : As Laboratory Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Clinical Lab Scientists and Lab Assistants, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all lab activities. You'll play a key role in operational planning, compliance oversight, and supporting patient-centered care through high-quality diagnostics. Key Responsibilities : Supervise daily lab operations, including workflow, staffing, and adherence to testing protocols Oversee a multidisciplinary team of Clinical Lab Scientists and Lab Assistants Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (TJC, DHS, CLIA '88) and institutional policies Monitor quality assurance metrics and implement process improvements Collaborate with leadership on operational goals, resource planning, and strategic initiatives Maintain a deep understanding of clinical testing, lab procedures, and scientific principles Why Apply?
