Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Salary is 110k to 130k + bonus We're seeking a talented and hands-on Full-Stack .NET Developer with strong leadership skills to join our team as a Team Lead or Development Manager. This role involves leading a small team of developers while remaining deeply involved in coding, architecture, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C#, .NET, Azure, SQL, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular, with a focus on designing scalable APIs and cloud-first applications.
