About the job Water/Wastewater Project Manager
As a Project Manager at the company, you will lead complex engineering projects focused on
water and wastewater collection, conveyance, distribution, pumping, and treatment systems . You'll play a pivotal role in shaping infrastructure in your local community while advancing your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage water/wastewater projects through all phases from planning to construction. Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants to ensure project success. Oversee risk management, extra work order requests, and task proposals. Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders. Guide and mentor project teams through coaching, feedback, and performance management. Contribute to marketing efforts, including proposal writing, Go/No Go decisions, and interviews. Prepare client presentations and progress reports, and attend project financial meetings. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (ABET-accredited) Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) 10+ years
of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering Proven experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from
design through construction Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
