We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Cloud Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and analytics solutions. This role requires deep experience in Generative AI, AWS cloud services, and data engineering, with a strong focus on secure, scalable, and repeatable architectures. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop AI-driven products and solutions that address real-world business challenges. Key Responsibilities Architect and build next-generation AI and analytics frameworks using modern cloud-native tools. Design innovative Generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems. Leverage AWS AI services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, Rekognition, and Transcribe. Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering cloud-based AI and data solutions. Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and automated data pipelines. Utilize AWS data services including Amazon S3, Redshift, and DynamoDB for large-scale data management. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights. Build and manage cloud infrastructure (data lakes, warehouses, analytics platforms). Implement and enforce data governance and security best practices. Support a DevSecOps environment and automate workflows through CI/CD pipelines. Promote technical excellence by leading internal bootcamps, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on training. Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of AI and data solutions across multiple projects. Stay up to date with evolving AI technologies, frameworks, and compliance regulations. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in AI engineering, cloud computing, or related technical fields. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI, AWS AI services, and data engineering. Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent languages. Hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab. Strong knowledge of data governance, security principles, and cloud compliance (FedRAMP, FISMA). Familiarity with DevSecOps and continuous integration/deployment best practices. Experience with leading generative AI models such as GPT, Llama, Claude, and those from HuggingFace. Working knowledge of deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications AWS certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics. Prior contributions to open-source AI projects or active participation in AI communities. Experience deploying AI systems in government-regulated cloud environments.
