If you dont live in FL/GA/NC don't apply =- Job Title : Lead Full Stack Software Engineer & DevOps Location : EST ONLY (No exceptions) Job Type : Full-Time (8 AM - 5 PM) Experience Level : Senior / Lead (10+ years) Start : ASAP (part-time) / Full-time in June with pay increase Project Status : 80% complete. Focus on payment features, small UX/UI adjustments, and bug fixes. Compensation : $10k for completion of project in aprox 1 month, then a normal 6 figure salary thereafter., regardless of time to completion. Full-time offer contingent on sales success. Exits to retire with. As we scale, were looking for a Lead Software Engineer with DevOps experience in SaaS or platform building to own our infrastructure and build a world-class product. What Youll Do : Lead backend and architecture development across our MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) Design scalable APIs and microservices to support influencer profiles, deals, and AI-powered features Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, staging environments, and production deployments Automate DevOps workflows using Docker, GitHub Actions, Terraform (or similar) Ensure uptime, scalability, and security Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tech with vision Mentor and guide developers as we expand the team What Were Looking For : 5+ years experience as a full-stack or backend engineer, with recent focus on Node.js and React.js 3+ years DevOps experience (AWS, Vercel preferred) Proven ability to lead/architect web apps at scale Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions) Familiarity with API design, authentication, and performance optimization Strong communication and leadership skills Bonus Points : Experience in startups or fast-paced environments Familiarity with AI integration, influencer platforms, or marketplaces Experience scaling React + Tailwind frontend codebases What We Offer : 1% equity pool in a company aiming for 8-9 figure revenue Exit bonus Hybrid/flexible work options Direct influence on product and architecture Early-stage ownership in a platform built for massive scale If the company goes under, we'll help you find your next role Seniority level
