Sr. Application Developer/Technical Lead,

6+ years of IT experience in Java/J2EE Web Technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Web eCommerce Platforms, SOA, API, and Application services. At least 2+ years in a Technical Lead role, leading end-to-end project implementation and delivery. Experience with digital enterprise projects utilizing J2EE technologies, especially eCommerce. Proficiency in J2EE frameworks: EJB, JSP, Servlet, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, JMX, RMI. Experience with Portal 8. Strong experience with Spring Framework, including MVC. Experience with ORM tools such as Hibernate. Proficiency in SQL. Strong skills in Java 7 and above. Ability to facilitate collaboration among development teams, business owners, and stakeholders. Strong organizational, leadership, and consensus-building skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise in best practices and knowledge sharing techniques. Comfortable with hands-on coding and implementation.
