Lead Software Engineer
to join their Technology Team in a
full-time, remote

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ in a lead capacity Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Strong backend experience: Java, Spring Boot, Python Frontend proficiency: React or Angular 3+ years of experience with DoD cybersecurity compliance (NIST, STIGs, RMF) Agile/Scrum experience Active certifications required:
CISSP (or CISM/GSLC) ,
CompTIA CySA+ , andOracle Certified Associate - Java SE Programmer Desired Skills & Experience
Knowledge of cloud contact center solutions, such as AWS connect Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
50% Backend (Java, Spring Boot, AWS Services) 30% Frontend (ReactJS/AngularJS/NextJS) 20% Infrastructure/DevOps (Docker, ECS, CI/CD) Daily Responsibilities
70% Hands-On Development 30% Technical Leadership / Mentorship The Offer
