Research Triangle Park, North Carolina Role/Responsibilities System-Level Programming Developer with expertise in C++, C and Linux systems. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of operating system architecture, system calls, multi-threaded programming, file systems, and storage solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize system-level software using C and C++. Work extensively with Linux internals and operating system architecture. Implement and manage system calls and multi-threading for efficient process execution. Design and optimize file systems and data path storage solutions. Develop robust algorithms and data structures for core system functionality. Ensure CPU, memory, and storage management efficiency within the system environment. Optimize thread management and parallel processing for high-performance computing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system-level optimizations. Required Skills & Experience: Strong proficiency in C++ for system programming. Expert knowledge of Linux internals, system architecture, and system calls. Experience in data path programming, file systems, and storage-related technologies. Deep understanding of multi-threaded programming, CPU scheduling, memory management, and thread optimization. Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and core system-level programming. Compensation and Benefits A candidates pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
