This position involves performing thorough business analysis, developing actionable insights for business operations, and assisting in the implementation of systems for capturing business operation information. The successful candidate will work on a one-year assignment, with a hybrid work setup requiring three fixed days at the specified location. Key Responsibilities: Perform statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining to analyze business operations. Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring data is up-to-date and reports are automated to reduce manual efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage standardized A/B testing frameworks for business decision-making. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for current business operations based on best practices. Occasionally guide and mentor less experienced business data analysts. Must-Have Skills: Expertise in SQL and Data Modeling Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Strong communication skills Industry Experience Required: Experience in building scalable data pipelines and working with BI tools is essential. Familiarity with Airflow or dbt for pipeline development is highly desired. Prior experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment focusing on data-driven decision-making is crucial.
