Summary of What You Will Be Doing
- Lead all aspects of operations for the production of high-quality baked goods.
- Develop the on-site team
- Maximize production efficiency
- Cultivate a zero-loss, continuous improvement culture
- Oversee production, quality control, maintenance, sanitation, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related technical field is ideal.
- Relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
- Bakery experience and laminated dough expertise are preferred.
- Multi-line food manufacturing experience is a plus.
