Customer Service Representative
who can keep things running smoothly, customers happy, and chaos to a minimum. This isn't your typical desk job - you'll be the voice of calm in the fast lane of auto parts. What You'll Be Doing:
Answering Calls Across Departments- Manage overflow calls from our Retail, Wholesale, and Operator lines. You'll direct customers to the appropriate sales team and help reduce abandoned calls. Think of yourself as their go-to problem solver. Driver Line Management- Be the first point of contact for our drivers, helping to coordinate their needs and keep things moving efficiently. Quick Resolutions- Create RMAs, approve small credits, and route drivers to the right salesperson-your quick decision-making keeps us ahead. Data Entry & Vehicle Records -Accurately enter vehicle data into our system (training provided). Precision is key! Salvage Title Processing - Handle monthly salvage title processing, stock number labeling, and signing with ease. New Customer Outreach - Conduct scripted welcome calls to new customers, ensuring they have all the materials they need to succeed. Support Sales & Marketing Efforts - Maintain customer activity reports, assist the Business Development team with marketing tasks, and contribute to FB Marketplace listings. Daily Operations Support- Oversee work orders, route completions, and COD follow-ups-keeping all parts of the process running like a well-oiled machine.
