Nursing Home Administrator , you will: Oversee the operation of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations. Create an engaging environment that motivates staff to deliver high-quality care. Must Have: 2-4 years’ experience in long-term care, preferably as Administrator or Assistant Administrator Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college Current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator’s license Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care Nice to Have: Experience in a union environment Proven success with Department of Health Services survey results Specialization in healthcare or business administration Equal Opportunity Employer.
