Our LPNs operate under the supervision of experienced healthcare professionals and often serve as the primary nurse for a provider within their scope of practice. Responsibilities: Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients Document comprehensive medical histories Assist in patient assessment and administer medications/treatments as ordered Provide technical support to healthcare professionals Counsel patients and families on prevention and treatment plans under the guidance of a registered nurse Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. If applicable, completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the relevant Nursing Board. Maintain an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board and required competencies.
