- Must present two valid, unexpired government-issued IDs in excellent condition (no tears, creases, or lamination )
- Must be able to pass an FBI fingerprint background check for airport security clearance
- Must have reliable transportation to and from DFW Airport
- Must be available to work both AM and PM shifts on any day of the week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting (e.g., Chili's, Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, etc.)
- Premium Pay: Earn 30% more than typical street-side cook positions

- Lead the Line: Direct and support other cooks to maintain flow and food quality during busy shifts
- Prep Work: Cut, portion, and package ingredients to support service demands all while running the cook's line
- Maintain Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, remove trash, and maintain sanitation standards
- Operate Equipment: Use slicing tools, ovens, fryers, ranges, and other commercial kitchen equipment confidently and safely
