Bana Legal Group is a fast-growing, family-run California law firm specializing in Employment Law. We’re passionate about fighting for workers who’ve been underpaid, overworked, retaliated against, and wrongfully terminated. We take pride in our 99% success rate, our aggressive yet strategic approach to litigation, and our personal commitment to each client we represent. We’re looking to add a sharp, driven litigation attorney to our team during this exciting period of growth. We’re seeking an attorney with at least 1 year of experience in employment litigation — someone who can take ownership of cases, work independently but collaboratively, and is eager to grow with the firm. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in litigation, cares deeply about client outcomes, and wants to do real lawyering in a high-energy, high-reward environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a caseload of employment law matters (primarily individual wage and hour and retaliation claims) Draft complaints, discovery, meet and confer letters, and law and motion Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel Collaborate with our team on case strategy, development, and trial preparation Contribute to a culture of hustle, precision, and strong results QUALIFICATIONS: Active California bar license in good standing 1+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred, but open to strong litigators from other practice areas) Strong legal writing, case management, and communication skills Comfortable with deadlines, moving cases forward, and working in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented Filevine experience a plus, but not required COMPENSATION: Salary Range:
$90,000–$175,000+ , depending on experience and skill Strong bonus
