Requirements: Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience required. Benefits: 6 paid sick days per year (1/2 day per month). Simple IRA retirement plan with matching contributions up to 3%, available after a 1-year probation period. Nightly Per Diem of $20.00 for pneumatic drivers. Weekend Per Diem of $75.00 if out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, in addition to nightly per diem. Sign-on bonus of $5,000, paid weekly in $100 increments. Uniforms provided free of charge after 60 days of employment. Quarterly fuel and safety bonuses. Holiday pay for six recognized holidays including Christmas, New Year’s, and Independence Day. Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance options available after 60 days of employment. Orientation & Training: Orientation at either Jasper, TN or Dade City, FL terminals, lasting 1-2 days, paid between $100 and $150 based on duration. If you lack pneumatic or hopper experience, don't worry—we provide training! Training occurs in your own truck and trailer with no riding along with others. Pneumatic training takes 1-2 weeks, during which you'll shadow another driver for pickups and deliveries until you're ready to run solo. You'll be hauling freight during training, so you will earn pay for loads delivered, although weekly earnings may be lower than when running alone. Pay Structure: Gross weekly earnings between $1,300 and $1,800. Pneumatic Drivers Compensation: 20% pay for the first year, 21% for the second year, and 22% for the third year. $1.50 per ton for every ton of product blown off. $20 nightly per diem for time spent in the truck. Driver Supplies: All drivers must possess a working CB radio, hands-free headset, steel-toe shoes, box cutter, basic tool kit, and garbage bags kept in the truck. Trucks are equipped with APUs and inverters; however, microwaves, fridges, and TVs are not provided, though hookups are available. Qualifications: Valid CDL A License. 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 4 years. No history of drug test refusal or failure. No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving incidents within the last 10 years. Proficiency in English is required. No SAP drivers allowed. Felony convictions must be over 10 years old. Preference for candidates with stable employment history (fewer than 12 jobs in the last 10 years). No license suspension exceeding 30 days in the last 3 years.
