Location: Herndon, VA (Locals or Nearby)
Duration: 6 months
We are looking for a Level II or III developer. The PeopleSoft Developer will be involved in the technical delivery and support of PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules. The ideal candidate should have advanced (Level III) or senior-level (Level II) experience working with two modules in PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM Version 9.2. Responsibilities include creating technical documentation, developing system designs, specifications, and testing requirements. Refine and decompose requirements for coding Review and approve software and interface designs Implement code according to design specifications Develop technical system design documents Participate in review of functional BRDs and technical designs Required Skills: Level III: Minimum 7 years of experience in PeopleSoft application design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation in full lifecycle projects. Level II: 5 years. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM 9.1/9.2, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine, SQRs, Integration Technologies, SQL, Security, and PS/Query. Level II and III. Strong functional and technical knowledge of Human Resources and Workflow modules. Excellent communication skills, customer-focused, and able to work independently. Highly organized with analytical problem-solving skills.
