Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing physical examinations specific to age and diagnosis, including psychological assessments.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on synthesized data and evidence, including the interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic results.
- Demonstrate proficiency in technical and procedural skills relevant to the pediatric critical care specialty.
- Provide management, referrals, counseling, and education to patients and their families on current care and preventive health measures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and apply evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Engage in collaborative research projects and protocols related to pediatric critical care.
