ASAP - 12/31/2021 for 4-5 days per week. Mon-Fri 8a-5p (possible Saturdays) Must have 1 year experience in Occmed, Urgent Care and/or Workers Comp DOT Certification required Housing and Travel available if needed, but Local is highly preferred Compensation: $65/hr
