Job Description AbbVie is seeking an Operations Project Manager in Cincinnati, OH, with a strong preference for candidates holding an engineering degree. The role involves identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs, decrease cycle times, and boost efficiency, followed by leading projects to realize these improvements. The manager will enhance organizational capability by training and mentoring personnel on Business Excellence tools and providing leadership and mentorship to Sponsors and Kaizen candidates. Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, manage small projects or components of larger projects, and be responsible for all aspects of project coordination, communication, and execution, including managing expectations. Develop project plans to ensure successful delivery within budget, scope, and schedule, and execute responsibilities effectively while overseeing project deliverables. Facilitate analysis of opportunities and risks, and identify impacts and recommendations to the business or manufacturing site. Demonstrate leadership in setting and aligning project direction while managing stakeholder relationships and expectations. Effectively execute (Logistics Software Systems) LSS project management processes, tools, and templates. Identify and execute continuous improvement efforts to meet service, quality, and cost objectives. Support and motivate teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Provide training and coaching to sponsors and Kaizen leaders, if needed. Qualifications 6-10 years of business experience, with at least 1 year of LSS experience. Bachelor's degree required; Engineering (strongly preferred); disciplines: Sciences, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management. Accredited LSS Green Belt or Kaizen Leader Certification required; PMP preferred. Financial acumen and ability to assess project ROI. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills. Additional Information The salary range is $106,500 - $202,500, based on location and other factors. We offer comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k). This role is eligible for short-term and long-term incentive programs.
