We Offer: A fun and funky store atmosphere where individualism is encouraged A 50% discount on all products An unconventional retail structure supporting your entrepreneurial spirit Growth opportunities, as Lush promotes from within Store Manager Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and develop your management and staff teams Manage budgets, sales targets, and operational excellence Create a positive customer and staff experience Assess performance and seek growth opportunities Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment Educate customers and staff on brand values and product ethics Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations Develop business plans to meet sales goals and KPIs Team Leadership: Lead and develop your team through coaching and training Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) Manage performance and staff engagement with empathy Recruit diverse talent and support career development Operational Excellence: Ensure policy compliance and staff training Manage stock, inventory, and merchandising plans Schedule staff effectively to meet store needs Qualifications: Required: 3-5 years retail management experience Strong HR, communication, and analytical skills Excellent organization and customer service skills Interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethics Flexible availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends Preferred: Experience with consultation-based service models Proven staff development skills Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with DEIB initiatives and languages other than English At Lush, we foster an inclusive culture and support equal opportunity employment for all applicants regardless of characteristics protected by law.
