Overview
Perform or oversee complex design tasks including engineering calculations, equipment sizing, feasibility studies, and detailed reports.
Coordinate across engineering disciplines and regulatory agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and approvals.
Manage project execution from design through construction—ensuring timelines, KPIs, and quality benchmarks are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
Represent PEER in industry conferences and professional organizations through presentations and leadership roles.
What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or related field).
10+ years of project management experience in wastewater engineering.
Experience with Progressive Design Build projects.
PE license in the District of Columbia or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Proven leadership in team management, strategy, and change implementation.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Familiarity with AutoCAD , GIS , Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Field-ready: able to visit construction sites and adhere to PPE standards.

Compensation for this role is very competitive, with a salary of up to $175,000 , along with a comprehensive benefits package.
