The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

Location Details: Torrance, CA
Work Type: Onsite: 4 days/week or 80% or more
Top Skill: Stibo tool experience is a MUST, Product Management tools, Product CRM systems, ETL experience, Clear and concise Communication
Responsibilities: • Responsible for requirements gathering, overall initial design of system with focus on Business Workflow Processes, Web UI, STEP-side integrations and complex business rules. • Interact with the business team to understand the requirements and existing gaps to convert the business requirements to the technical requirements specification • Exp to implement Product MDM and Customer MDM using Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP) cloud and on prem environments • Conduct feasibility studies and report any gaps in the current platform, application and business requirement specifications and suggest process improvements • Responsible for understanding the design and configurations of the STEP Components and the underlying reasoning for the design. • During Build, available to support business and build teams and answer questions/provide guidance on best practices and advanced STEP functionality. • Provides support during testing as needed.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'
Primary Skill Set: Stibo STEP, preferably STEP v10 or higher, MDM
Qualifications: • A minimum of 9+ years of experience in IT including Application Architecture Design, Development, Implementation, Consulting, Administration and support work both in cloud and on-prem environments • 5+ years of experience with Stibo STEP, preferably STEP v10 or higher • Good knowledge on Designing the Solution Architecture Frameworks, Business Process Workflows, Integration and Connecter architecture and Design Standards in line with the Enterprise Architecture Vision • Excellent understanding of the overall objectives of the project. • Excellent understanding of good practices and keeping the current solution aligned with present objectives and future state readiness. • Ability to work well in a team. Open to team related tasks, team meetings, team interaction and conference calls. • Good understanding of Data Modeling Concepts, Hierarchies, Classifications, Workflows, WebUI, Integration Endpoints, Event Processors, User Management and STEP Admin tools • Extensive hands-on experience in the Business Rules Engine. • Ability to work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore development and support teams • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, written and oral communication skills • Skilled in meticulous documentation of all project details to ensure comprehensiveness and accuracy. • Extensive knowledge in relational databases to ensure robust and efficient data management
