Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Reltio Architect / Lead Engineer to lead our enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solution's design, configuration, and integration. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement a scalable, cloud-native MDM solution, leveraging Reltio to ingest data from diverse enterprise applications and deliver golden records to both operational systems and an analytical layer in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring trusted master data across our operational and analytical ecosystems, directly impacting our decision-making and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement the Reltio MDM solution, including data modeling, survivorship rules, and governance. Ingest and unify master data from various sources like ERP and CRM systems, ensuring quality and consistency. Create and distribute golden records by applying processes like cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment from third-party providers. Develop real-time and batch data integrations using Reltio APIs, supporting data pipeline efficiencies. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to align MDM strategies with business objectives, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Must-Have Skills:
In-depth experience with Reltio, including configuration and integration. Proficient in MDM principles such as match/merge logic and data stewardship. Strong expertise in REST APIs, JSON, and real-time/event-driven architecture.
Industry Experience Required: Experience in implementing MDM solutions in cloud environments, preferably with familiarity in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is essential for this role.
