Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) coordination. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and experienced leader who can manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships across various types of construction projects. My client is one of the largest and most prominent construction management firms in the United States. They are known for their expertise in large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, sports, and high-rise projects. They provide a full range of construction services, including preconstruction planning, general contracting, construction management, design-build, and building information modeling (BIM). With a $13.5 Billion backlog and 8% employee turnover, this GC is known for innovation, integrity, and fostering professional growth. Even for employees who travel frequently, there is seamless connectivity to local offices and the broader company network, ensuring consistent support and engagement. Description Primary site leader overseeing all MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and related personnel. Develop and maintain the MEP project plan, tracking weekly progress and overall project status. Manage and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing site operations. Supervise labor and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of MEP scopes. Foster and maintain positive relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and Project Managers. Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility representatives to guarantee regulatory compliance. Enforce strict adherence to Safety Programs and oversee the Quality Control Program specific to MEP work. Prepare and update detailed short-term MEP schedules. Manage accurate invoicing and financial tracking for MEP project costs. Address and resolve daily field challenges related to MEP activities.
