Pay Range: $24-$27/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components to meet specifications and print requirements
- Interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately
- Operate hand tools, grinders, and clamps during fabrication tasks
- Fabricate simple jigs and fixtures as necessary
- Rig and transport parts safely between workstations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Collaborate with team members and participate in daily team meetings
- Follow safety and quality protocols
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency efforts
- 2-3 years of MIG and TIG welding experience, preferably in a production setting
- Strong proficiency in TIG aluminum welding (cab rack/toolbox experience is a bonus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prints
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing clean, precise welds
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to manage time efficiently
- Must pass a hands-on weld test
- Willingness to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed
