Full-time (36 hrs/week) Hourly Rate:
$23.50 - $38.90/hour (based on role/experience) Position Overview: Perform critical diagnostic testing in a high-volume clinical laboratory. Utilize advanced equipment to analyze specimens and deliver accurate data for disease diagnosis, supporting patient care across multiple medical disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Perform various clinical laboratory tests to obtain data for use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by following procedures, operating, and maintaining equipment as directed. Requirements Qualifications: Education:
Graduate of an accredited MLT/MT program Licensure:
MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification (required). Experience: Blood Bank experience (preferred) New grads will be considered if they have completed a clinical in a high-volume lab. Technical Skills: Diagnostic equipment operation Specimen analysis/protocol adherence Soft Skills: Precision in time-sensitive environments Collaborative problem-solving Benefits Why Join Us?
