Senior Director - Product Management for Trade-In, Insurance and Value-Added Products (250476) Job Summary The Director of Product Management for Trade-in, Insurance, and Value-Added Products at Consumer Cellular will lead and manage comprehensive products/platforms, partnerships, and programs aimed at adding value for the customer, enhancing the customer experience, and driving revenue generation. This leadership role manages the trade-in programs for wireless devices, growth of the insurance/device protection business, including marketing, promotion, and customer experience, as well as leading EasyPay device financing, which supports the customer in offering financing and upgrading to a new smartphone and device ownership. The role will also manage other value-added products and services while providing effective management of key partner product partners. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, improve customer experience, and achieve business objectives across various channels, including retail, direct-to-consumer, and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Trade-in Program Management: Oversee the trade-in program for wireless devices, phones, and smartwatches, providing customers with value for their devices. Manage marketing and create promotional programs, deliver improved participation, and continually enhance and simplify the customer experience that delivers value for new customers and those upgrading devices Value realization for the business employing and utilizing critical analytics for effective decisions and application across trade-in partners, supply chain logistics, marketing, and more to increase customer lifetime value, reduces switching, and maximizes margins Promotion of Sustainability in the reuse and recycling of devices that benefit the environment and support the brand 2. Insurance: Lead marketing initiatives, platform development, and customer experience improvements for driving device protection subscriber growth Enhance product economics, dashboards and product analytics for growth while sourcing opportunities for additional value while managing key partner relationships Ensure and continually improve a customer experience across retail, direct-to-consumer, and digital channels. Manage simplification of product offerings while evaluating new features for offers to protect customers and their device investment 3. Device Financing Manage our Easy Pay financing product, driving participation while Implementing improvements to drive subscriber acquisition across phones, tablets, and IoT products Evaluate and partner financing solutions and extend financing options aligned to our product and target demographics including financing and bundle opportunities Enhance internal capabilities and feature enhancements for business and MVNO/MVNE financing solutions 4. Value Added Products and Services: Develop and manage subscriber features and partnerships that drive additional revenue. Reinforce the company brand and align products and services with target customers. Includes products and features that add new market opportunities or introduce new features or devices Includes new offers and solutions related to international service offerings 5. Partnership Management: Manage relationships, product/initiative delivery and marketing programs for financial performance with critical key vendors across services, platforms, and enhancements. Oversee key go-to-market programs, key training and channel programs to drive subscriber growth Focus on exceeding forecast and revenue targets while managing and negotiating new and existing contracts and agreements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Increased trade-in program participation and customer satisfaction. Growth in insurance subscriber acquisition and improved platform performance. Expansion of device financing solutions and increased subscriber acquisition. Revenue growth from value-added products and services. Successful management of partnerships and achievement of revenue targets. Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or related Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the wireless or technology industry. Proven track record in managing trade-in programs, insurance marketing, device financing, and value-added products Proven experience in managing partners, promotions and go-to-market programs with an emphasis on customer/channel experience Strong analytics and financial management with experience in logistics, supply chain, financial products or similar Demonstrated experience in customer experience enhancement and revenue growth. Familiarity with managing partnerships and vendor relationships. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act) Minimum Salary: $165,900 Maximum Salary: $248,850 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
