Maintenance Mechanic Technician on 2nd or 3rd shift - pay to $36 per hour

Compensation: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work assigned 2nd or 3rd shift hours, maintaining consistent performance and professionalism.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Engage in the repair and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Apply welding techniques as needed for equipment repair and fabrication.
- Follow safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with a team to diagnose complex mechanical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Minimum one year industrial maintenance experience.
- Proven experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining conveyor systems.
- Ability to perform welding tasks as required.
- Commitment to working non-standard hours as per the requirements of the 2nd or 3rd shift.
- A solid work history demonstrating reliability and dedication.
- A US citizen or a holder of a Green Card.
- Resides within a 45-minute commute of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.
- Advanced certifications or training in industrial maintenance, hydraulics, or pneumatics.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with safety compliance and proactive safety awareness.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with mechanical systems.
- Efficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proactive in learning new technologies and systems.
