Release Manager - Web & Mobile Platforms
Mainz Brady is seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead and support the end-to-end release process for our web and mobile applications. This role partners closely with Product, Technical, and Engineering teams to align releases with business goals, optimize workflows, and improve platform delivery across iOS, Android, and other app platforms.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product and technical leadership on strategic planning and release forecasting. Standardize workflows and onboarding practices across mobile and web delivery teams. Drive agile methodologies and host engineering-led problem-solving sessions to promote creativity and innovation. Provide data-driven insights into service health, deployments, and release processes. Conduct tactical and ad-hoc analysis to support multiple business units. Organize team-building activities to foster collaboration and team unity. Mentor team members across disciplines to support technical and delivery excellence. Design and deliver internal training programs and maintain onboarding processes for new team members. Partner with Engineering to implement scalable systems and enhance delivery efficiency. Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IT or technical program/release management. Experience managing mobile releases for platforms like iOS and Android (App Store, Play Store). Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies. Proven leadership and mentoring experience. Ability to analyze and synthesize data to produce actionable insights. Creative thinker who can drive innovation across teams. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Airtable for workflow management. Familiarity with automation and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Python. Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and source control repositories. Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
