Ensures that quality control as required under the MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) is being met. Works positively with all customers to promote patient, employee and physician satisfaction. Participates in performance improvement initiatives. Participates in staff/student orientation training. Requirements Educational Requirements Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/ Preferred and/or Associate'sRadiologic TechnologyPreferred Additional Requirements Two years formal education in a hospital based program or Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology Experience Requirements Minimum Years Required Area of Experience Required/ Preferred and/or 2 YearsMammographyRequired State of Florida Licensure Requirements Licenses Required/ Preferred and/or Radiologic Technology LicenseRequired Certifications/Registration Requirements Certificates/Registrations Required/ Preferred and/or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)Required Additional Requirements ARRT certification in radiology and or mammography required.
