The Commercial Solutions PMO department is looking for a Specialist, PMO - Global B2B Partnerships to help drive the growth of several strategic B2B Partnership programs at Mastercard. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of end-to-end program management to deliver program/portfolio objectives within the time, cost, quality, scope, resource and risk thresholds. About You You have a proven track record of program management, delivering projects and programs in software, tech, payments, banking and/or financial products. You are comfortable with client management and can support internal and external stakeholder needs simultaneously. You enjoy taking initiative to solve new problems and work well on a cross-functional team. Roles & Responsibilities Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations for B2B Partner programs Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders in multiple functions including Product, Engineering, Global Partnerships, Business Development, Marketing, and others to scope projects, develop governance structures and support the creation of relevant solutions for clients Lead internal and client meetings with strong communication skills Own project communications and reporting ranging from day-to-day status reports to executive stereos Act as point of contact for mid-level client stakeholders on program working teams and be able to assess client needs to cascade to internal partners Qualifications Basic Qualifications Undergraduate degree with 2-3 years of work experience in program management, product management, consulting, corporate strategy, or business intelligence Experience with client relationships Strong competency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint Knowledge of project management tools and ability to create PM assets (project plans, risk registers, etc.) Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Relevant industry expertise Have completed or interested in pursuing recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
