Adyen Adyen is looking for a Payment Partnerships Manager who will advance Adyen’s strategy and agenda with our global card network partnerships. In this role you will drive high-impact partnerships for Adyen and use your influence and tenacity to build strong inroads across the card network organizations. You’ll work closely with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders building strategic and successful relationships. This is a full-time position based in our New York office reporting into our Head of Payment Partnerships for North America. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with global card schemes, defining and executing a proactive partnership strategy for a portfolio of critical card network partners, negotiating complex agreements, and driving alignment with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure Adyen remains at the forefront of payments innovation. You will coordinate high-impact projects achieving higher levels of performance, putting clients first while maintaining commercial scalability and understanding financial impact to guide optimal decision-making. The role requires partnering with product, commercial, and finance teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies and providing market insights to accelerate product development and commercialization efforts. The candidate should have 8+ years relevant experience managing strategic partnerships in the payments industry, proven success in negotiating agreements with global card networks, experience in acquiring and/or issuing preferred, an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making ability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
