to support our growth through targeted acquisitions in the
Energy
and
Telecom Infrastructure construction
sectors across the United States. This role, based in
Detroit or Pittsburgh , will be pivotal in identifying, evaluating, executing, and integrating acquisitions aligned with our U.S. growth strategy. You will join a dynamic team shaping the future of infrastructure—enabling energy transition and digital connectivity across the U.S. and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Define our U.S. growth strategy by identifying M&A priorities Conduct market mapping and target screening, including outreach and qualification of potential targets Drive deal origination by building pipelines, engaging with targets, and presenting high-quality shortlists to leadership Assist in financial due diligence and valuation analysis Support transaction execution, including data room setup, SPA review, and closing coordination Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors during due diligence and integration Lead post-deal integration planning and performance tracking Monitor U.S. market trends and M&A activity in infrastructure Qualifications: 6–10 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or transaction services Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering; MBA or CFA preferred Experience with financial due diligence and business case validation At least 2 years of corporate development experience Experience at top-tier advisory or investment firms (Big 4, boutique, IB) is a plus Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with market insight Knowledge of U.S. energy or telecom infrastructure markets Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with executives Results-oriented team player Based in Detroit or Pittsburgh with willingness to travel (20–30%) Why Join Us?
