Immediate Opening: GM managers/Assistant GM for our high-volume stores Ideal candidates MUST HAVE 3-5 years of fast-food management experience You must be 21+ years or older Managers lead shifts every day, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Managers provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to our customers. Managers perform a variety of tasks, which include planning for each shift, food safety, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with your management team to help prepare him/her to run a great shift. Managers are responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals. As a Manager, you are responsible for: Food Safety Quality Food Production Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew - leading by example. Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security- Act as the food safety leader Scheduling & Training Creating daily goals for your team Adhere to all Open/Closing shift checklists Coordinate all cash handling policies and procedures Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies Be encouraging of your team, coach when standards are not being met, help where you are BEST NEEDED, and celebrate successes! Keep bathrooms, kitchen line, floors, lobby, and drink station clean and organized Clean and maintain all fixtures, windows, tables, and chairs Ensure the hospitality crew is always assigned to the lobby during the peak periods Along with hourly salary: Yearly Bonus Potential Competitive Salary Paid Time Off Flexible Schedule $3000 tuition credit per year FULL Medical & dental coverage- Full Time Free Uniforms Employee Meals Our organization has been owned and operated for two generations.
