first in-house Product Designer
, you'll lead the charge in shaping user experiences across a fast-growing ecosystem—from shop owners and baristas to distributors and coffee lovers. This is a
Senior IC role
with deep ownership across multiple surfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, and marketing to elevate the design standard across joe’s mobile, web, and kiosk interfaces. What You’ll Design
POS System Design Craft intuitive, fast, barista-friendly tools for order-taking across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Kiosk & Display Interfaces Design customer-facing experiences that reflect joe’s hospitality standards at the counter and in-store. Merchant & Admin Dashboards Empower shop owners, roasters, and distributors with tools to manage menus, marketing, reporting, and payouts. Mobile App for Customers Continuously refine the loyalty-driven consumer app—wallet, rewards, personalized campaigns, and more. Supplier Marketplace Design a commerce experience for coffee shops to discover and purchase from curated partners. Multi-Role Owner Experience Create flexible workflows with tailored dashboards for owners, managers, roasters, and distributors. How You Work
Human-Centered Design Leadership Champion empathy, simplicity, and clarity in every interaction—from barista to backend. Mobile-First Thinking Prioritize performance, accessibility, and usability—especially for on-the-go users. Rapid Prototyping & Testing Collaborate with users and internal teams to quickly validate new ideas and iterate with confidence. Systems & Design Language Help define and unify our cross-platform design language and reusable component system. What You Bring
5–8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that showcases UX/UI excellence across mobile, web, and tablet. Experience designing in a fast-paced startup environment and shipping impactful work with limited resources. Deep UX fundamentals: user research, usability testing, iterative design, and A/B experimentation. Proficiency in interaction design: crafting intuitive user flows, prototypes, and thoughtful transitions. Expert in Figma: components, auto-layout, tokens, and prototyping. Passion for building tools that create measurable value for real-world users. (Bonus) Experience with POS systems, loyalty programs, marketplaces, or multi-role admin tools. Why Join Joe

$130,000–$160,000
, depending on experience. This role also includes
