Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Temporary Sales and Marketing Coordinator
to support our Sales and Marketing teams in daily administrative and organizational tasks. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the inner workings of a dynamic brand, gain exposure to cross-functional projects, and develop essential professional skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Details
Where You’ll Work: Onsite, Bellevue HQ Type of Role: Part-Time, temporary (6 month project) with potential for extension Your Hours: 15–20 hours/week, flexible scheduling within Pacific Time business hours Physical Demands: Prolonged sitting and use of a computer for design work Travel Expectations: None
Your Responsibilities As The Temporary Sales And Marketing Coordinator
Accurately enter and process sales orders in a timely manner Assist with the organization and upkeep of digital content and marketing assets Help maintain and organize sales collateral and promotional materials Coordinate ordering of office supplies and branded marketing materials Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support as needed Other duties as assigned, with room for growth as the role evolves
Requirements
Skills You Bring to the Table:
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Clear communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
What Could Set You Apart
Previous internship or work experience in a marketing or sales-related role Experience using CRM systems or order entry platforms A background or interest in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries
