We’re recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturer in the clean energy sector seeking a dynamic
Marketing & Communications Specialist
to drive visibility, engagement, and brand reputation across the Southeast region. This role blends community outreach, B2B marketing strategy, content creation, and event execution. What You’ll Do: Build strategic community partnerships and represent the brand across solar and local networks Manage B2B marketing initiatives, campaigns, digital content, and event coordination Collaborate with internal teams on brand positioning, messaging, and sales support materials Execute facility tours, customer events, and trade shows Oversee social media, website updates, newsletters, and internal communications Track industry trends and performance data to guide strategy and improvements What You Bring: 5+ years in B2B marketing, communications, or PR (manufacturing experience a plus) Strong digital marketing, social media, and content development skills Excellent communication and project management abilities Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft CRM (preferred) Seniority level
