Trillium is now seeking Journeyman and Master Electricians in Gaylord, MI for a direct-hire placement in a Union environment! Pay rate is $38.50/hr for state licensed Journeyman and $43.00/hr for state licensed Master Electrician's. State licensed Electricians with Industrial Electrical experience will be considered for this union position. Job Duties
Install & Maintain Electrical Systems: Work on residential, commercial, and industrial wiring, fixtures, and equipment. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical issues. Code Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local electrical codes and safety standards. Blueprints & Diagrams: Read and interpret technical documents for installations and repairs. Testing: Test systems for safety and functionality. Supervision: Mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed. Skills and Qualifications
Valid Michigan State Electrician License. Several years of experience as a State Licensed Electrician, Journeyman Electrician (typically -3-5 years after Journeyman status). In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Expertise in electrical design and troubleshooting for complex systems. Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency with electrical tools, test equipment, and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
