Overview
The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining item information into the SAP database and works with multiple departments to ensure the data entered is accurate, complete, and consistent with standard procedures.
Essential Duties:
Creates, updates, and maintains master data database in accordance with Master Data procedures. Execute routine data transactions using SAP transactions such as MM01-MM03. Maintain accurate records of data changes and approvals Process mass change requests for large data sets. Perform annual review/audit and analysis of core MRP settings in the Material Master. Maintains a broad product knowledge base; is familiar with product build and components. Takes initiative; prioritizes and completes tasks without intervention. Communicates clearly with multiple departments to validate data and complete data submissions. Takes ownership of data entered, ensures accuracy. Adapts to changes with a positive attitude. Other duties involving data entry as required within SAP. Requirements:
High School diploma or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Good verbal and written skills. Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines. ERP experience desired, SAP experience preferred.
