Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurse (RN) for a
Medical-Surgical
unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions and post-surgical needs. This role involves monitoring patient health, administering medications, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring comprehensive patient care. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Nursing Staff – Manage, train, and support nursing personnel to ensure high standards of care.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Develop Care Plans – Coordinate and supervise individualized patient care plans.
Quality Assurance – Monitor clinical outcomes, conduct audits, and implement improvements.
Coordinate with Leadership – Collaborate with administration and other departments for seamless facility operations.
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as RN. 1.5 years of M/S experience
BLS required from the AHA, & CPI preferred.
COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
Facility Note: There will be a 40-hour orientation.
